Manages regulatory compliance for pet food products, including labeling, packaging, registrations, claims documentation, regulatory communications, and change management. Partners with supply chain, innovation, marketing, sales, customer service, and quality teams on product development and compliance projects. Supports international regulatory compliance, facility registrations, product testing, packaging approvals, budgeting, and communication with government agencies. Requires related food manufacturing education, food processing experience, and up to 10% travel.

Prepare and analyze journal entries, reconciliations, currency revaluations, and monthly financial reports. Support audits, tax coordination, ERP reporting automation, cash flow forecasting, AR/AP, and present financial insights to senior management.

Lead accounting, reporting, and control functions; own monthly/quarterly/annual GAAP close and deliver audit-ready financials. Oversee GL/AP/AR/fixed assets, internal controls, external audits, tax compliance (including international), cash forecasting and working capital. Own ERP and accounting/reporting tools, drive process automation and scalability, and coach and develop the accounting team.
