Leads the controls engineering function across a manufacturing facility, owning automation standards, PLC/HMI architecture, capital project controls scope, vendor management, commissioning, reliability, documentation, compliance, and troubleshooting. Supervises a Controls Engineer and mentors a Controls Technician. Serves as the senior escalation point for production issues, develops preventive maintenance programs, supports electrical safety initiatives, and drives automation, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement efforts.
