Support day-to-day operations of the Concert & Artist team by managing artist relations, finances, logistics, and digital content creation. Actively assist the Director and Operations Manager in various tasks including research, event coordination, and account management.

The Senior Accountant will manage month-end close processes, supervise staff, handle retail financial questions, and improve efficiency in accounting operations. Requires strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and reporting processes.

Provide technical assistance and support for Steinway family pianos. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, warranty authorizations, customer inquiries, and assisting with factory tours.
