Provides mentoring, training, marketing support, and industry thought leadership while managing staffing, fees, schedules, and client or governmental coordination.

Develops architectural plans, elevations, sections, renderings, models, and construction documents across all design phases. Translates sketches into Revit designs, develops details, researches materials, prepares presentation and meeting materials, maintains project files, coordinates with consultants, supports client communication, resolves technical and design issues, and meets project deadlines.
