Schedule and pre-screen candidates, administer pre-employment forms and tests, check references, post jobs compliant with EEO, and perform basic admin reporting using Taleo and Microsoft Office.

Perform data conversion, mapping, extraction, cleansing, migration and validation. Design and maintain database objects, build data-access applications, estimate project scope, optimize performance, and collaborate with users to align technical solutions with business needs.
