Lead IT governance, security awareness/education, and information security/legal relations under the Information Security Manager. Maintain IT standards and corporate security policies, collaborate with legal on data retention, classification, and e-discovery, and design and run user awareness and training programs.

Maintain and correct security master data across fixed income and equity products. Set up, update, and validate securities and issuer reference data in proprietary and third-party systems. Create reports and control checks, diagnose data exceptions, develop controls, manage related workflows, and respond to security master inquiries.

Process weekly timecards in KRONOS and interface to Payroll Source, ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with wage laws, provide Tier I time and attendance support, and maintain confidential records.
