Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and specialized roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff. Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and priorities, build talent pipelines, advise on market conditions and compensation, maintain ATS records, and track recruiting metrics. The role focuses on hiring technical talent across software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, data, DevOps, IT, and technical leadership.
