Owns software QA strategy across products and platforms, including test frameworks, automation tools, performance testing, reporting, and analytics. Validates implementations against design documentation, product requirements, and security standards. Develops testing extensions, shared libraries, internal tooling, and performance test rigs while mentoring engineers. Represents QA in technical discussions, release readiness, and cross-functional communications, fostering a collaborative customer-service culture.

Conduct UX research for a defense aviation platform supporting fleet readiness, maintenance planning, logistics, and operational decisions. Perform interviews, usability testing, and synthesis; translate complex workflows into user insights, interface concepts, and workflow models. Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, and domain experts, and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with government or enterprise systems is required; aviation, defense, analytics, and prototyping experience is preferred.

Analyze large relational datasets, develop optimized SQL, validate data quality, troubleshoot discrepancies, maintain ETL pipelines, automate workflows with scripts and scheduling tools, and produce recurring reports and dashboards that support leadership decision-making in a controlled data environment.
