Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repair of manufacturing machinery and equipment. Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and welding issues, conduct inspections, document maintenance activities, and minimize production downtime. The role requires safe equipment operation, lockout/tagout compliance, teamwork across departments, and continuous improvement of maintenance practices.

Lead multiple construction projects from order to completion as primary customer liaison. Manage contracts, change orders, schedules, budgets, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and post-delivery service while ensuring project profitability and manufacturing feasibility.

Manage engineering team to design compliant steel building products; oversee workflows, perform complex design reviews, maintain standards (A660, ISO), implement software/automation improvements, mentor staff, support QA, and collaborate across manufacturing, drafting, purchasing and sales.
