Provides broad HR support across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits, leave administration, HRIS maintenance, attendance, payroll coordination, safety programs, and employee engagement. Advises employees and managers on policies and employment laws, conducts investigations, supports corrective actions, maintains personnel records, and assists plant leadership with HR projects and administrative needs.

Coordinates production activities with outside processors and warehouses, maintaining schedules, ERP records, inventory accuracy, cost and pricing validation, forecasts, supplier capability records, and performance scorecards. Supports RFQs, audits, IATF 16949 compliance, inventory reconciliations, and issue resolution while communicating with Sales, Customer Service, Materials Management, Purchasing, Quality, and external suppliers. Requires up to 25% travel for reconciliations, training, meetings, and inspections.
