Lead and manage production staff to meet targets while enforcing safety and quality standards. Oversee scheduling, workflow, audits, metrics, and cross-department coordination. Coach employees, identify process improvements, handle incident documentation and first aid, maintain housekeeping/5S, distribute PPE/tools, and perform administrative duties.

Support plant leadership to drive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance Safety Management System and sustainability. Maintain EHS policies, perform audits, risk assessments, investigations, training, ergonomic and industrial hygiene support, and monitor EHS metrics across Michigan and Ohio facilities.

Partner with plant leadership to maintain EHS policies, identify hazards, deliver training, conduct audits and investigations, support SMS and ISO 14001 activities, ensure OSHA and environmental compliance, and monitor EHS performance and corrective actions.
