Develops new business and maintains customer relationships for a steel fabrication company. Identifies general contractors, tracks regional opportunities, prepares sales proposals and presentations, meets clients, promotes company capabilities, coordinates with estimating and project management, resolves customer inquiries, and reports sales activity. Requires construction-industry sales or estimating experience and established relationships with South Florida general contractors.

Provides administrative and office support by managing calendars, communications, documents, filing systems, data entry, meeting logistics, supplies, visitors, travel arrangements, and confidential information. The role also supports administrative projects, general office operations, and organizational efficiency while maintaining accurate records and professional communication.

Develops new steel and construction business, maintains contractor relationships, reviews RFQs and drawings, prepares bids and proposals, supports estimating and takeoffs, explains quotes, follows up on opportunities, and monitors project progress. The role requires steel industry sales or estimating experience, construction and steel design knowledge, technical drawing interpretation, strong communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with AISC standards.
