Owns full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview design, offer negotiation, and closing. Builds talent pipelines, manages job postings and candidate databases, coaches hiring managers, calibrates interviewers, and improves recruiting processes. The role requires strong communication, operational precision, attention to detail, autonomy, and experience filling difficult roles. Healthcare or regulated-environment recruiting experience is preferred.

Leads the client onboarding function, manages and mentors the onboarding team, and personally oversees complex implementations. Responsibilities include running kickoff calls, resolving escalations, improving workflows, building scalable onboarding systems and playbooks, leading cross-functional projects, and supporting team hiring and development.

Build and manage talent pipelines, lead sourcing and internal hiring, conduct candidate outreach and screening, manage job postings, maintain talent databases, and improve recruiting policies and workflows. Partner with company leadership to align hiring strategies with business objectives while supporting rapid growth in a remote startup environment.
