Build and manage talent pipelines, lead sourcing and internal hiring, conduct candidate outreach and screening, manage job postings, maintain talent databases, and improve recruiting policies and workflows. Partner with company leadership to align hiring strategies with business objectives while supporting rapid growth in a remote startup environment.

Own end-to-end onboarding for healthcare organizations, coordinating timelines, regulatory filings, physician ownership structures, legal agreements, documentation, and launch readiness. Serve as a key contact for clients, physicians, medical boards, payers, and internal teams. Manage milestones, kickoff processes, communications, and issue resolution while ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely launches.
