Serve as a key contact for clients, physicians, medical boards, payers, and internal teams. Manage milestones, kickoff processes, communications, and issue resolution while ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely launches.

The role involves leading cross-functional projects, improving workflows, automating processes, and utilizing tools to enhance operational efficiency within the healthcare sector.

Lead and scale the Business Operations function by managing cross-functional ops teams, building processes, automations, KPIs, and systems, hiring and developing ops leaders, defining product priorities for ops experiences, and executing CEO-level strategic projects to drive company growth.
