Provides virtual patient care through synchronous and asynchronous visits across urgent care, primary care, weight management, functional medicine, lab review, and remote patient monitoring programs. Conducts evaluations by video, phone, and messaging for adults and pediatric patients while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. Requires an active PA license in at least five states, including California and the clinician’s home state, NCCPA certification, and two years of independent in-person practice experience.

Provide virtual patient care (urgent care, primary care, weight management, functional medicine, remote monitoring) via video, phone, and asynchronous messages. Maintain compassionate, evidence-based care, participate in credentialing supervision, work autonomously for a minimum of 10 flexible hours/week, and use telemedicine technology platforms to serve diverse patient populations.

Provide remote urgent-care telehealth services, supervise at least five nurse practitioners (quarterly chart reviews, virtual meetings), conduct synchronous and asynchronous patient evaluations, treat common urgent conditions, and maintain patient-centered, evidence-based care. Must be licensed in multiple states and available at least 10 hours/week.
