Teams at Steadfast Health

Supervise associate-level behavioral health clinicians and provide board-approved individual and group supervision. Deliver individual and group therapy to patients with substance use disorders through in-person and telehealth care. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, create treatment plans, provide crisis intervention, coordinate higher levels of care, maintain clinical documentation, and collaborate with medical and peer-support teams. Help establish clinical programs, supervision practices, and team culture at a new Raleigh clinic.
