Assist the Community Impact team with research, writing, event preparation and follow-up, donations stewardship, Volunteers Count support, data entry, storage organization, and summarizing complex policy and program topics. Part-time, in-person internship requiring organization, strong writing and communication, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Support accounting team with accounts payable, expense reimbursements, corporate credit card processing, and daily general ledger reconciliations. Maintain financial records, perform data entry, investigate discrepancies, respond to basic inquiries, and assist with process improvements while learning accounting controls and systems.

Administer and support enterprise Windows Server applications, perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, patching, and basic scripting/automation. Maintain documentation, coordinate maintenance, assist with application onboarding and vendor interactions, manage access and security practices, and participate in a one-hour on-call rotation.
