Lead and maintain hotel facilities, supervise and mentor maintenance staff, perform preventative maintenance and repairs on major systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, laundry), collaborate with management on repairs, and ensure timely work without impacting guest experience.

Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to hotel standards: change beds, dust, replenish supplies, clean bathrooms, vacuum/mop, secure supplies, and support housekeeping staff.

Train under a senior engineer to maintain and repair hotel systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and guest rooms. Perform inspections, fix equipment malfunctions, install/replace fixtures, secure the building and maintain locks/keys, and attend required Local 399 training as part of a multi-year trainee program.
