Oversees an HR Generalist and manages employee relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, leave administration, compliance, policies, training records, and employment-law matters. Serves on the leadership team, reports to the CEO, and provides strategic and operational HR guidance while supporting equity, inclusion, retention, and organizational growth.
