Analyze pricing, margins, discounts, profitability, customer behavior, and sales performance to identify commercial opportunities. Develop dashboards, reports, pricing simulations, and data-driven recommendations supporting pricing strategy, portfolio management, and sales efficiency. Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Pricing, and Supply Chain teams while improving data quality and business processes. The role has global scope, requires occasional travel to France or Germany, and is based within commuting distance of Pardubice.

Support accounting operations across Malaysia and Singapore, including AP, AR, GL, intercompany transactions, reconciliations, fixed assets, financial reporting, budgeting, audit and tax support, cash flow management, and process improvements. The role uses SAP and related finance systems, contributes to transformation initiatives, and performs ad hoc finance tasks. Travel within Southeast Asia of approximately 10%–20% is required.

Processes customer quotations, orders, inventory checks, invoices, and order monitoring for services and parts. Manages customer portals, ERP and vendor setup information, customer communications, issue resolution, reporting, non-conformance reports, and past-due invoice assistance. Collaborates with sales engineers, accounting, and internal departments to meet customer needs and maintain accurate, timely order fulfillment.
