Serve as trusted HR advisor to local leadership, implementing people strategy, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compliance with Vietnamese labor law, learning and development, compensation administration, HRIS accuracy, and culture/engagement to support Staubli Vietnam growth and site ramp-up.

Lead day-to-day operations of Staubli's Vietnam manufacturing facility, managing factory startup, production, planning, logistics, warehouse, quality, procurement, continuous improvement, and EHS compliance while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring on-time delivery and operational readiness.

Design electrical schematics and architectures for robotic tool changers, develop automated test benches and DAQ integration, create and automate test plans, perform system integration with PLCs and industrial protocols, conduct validation, FMEA and safety alignment (PL/SIL), analyze test data, and support debugging and documentation for production readiness.
