Responsibilities include developing go-to-market, account management, strategic selling, customer experience, CRM and analytics strategies; driving commercial platforms, AI-enabled workflows, sales capabilities, performance governance, organizational change, and global learning programs. The role partners with regional and corporate leaders to improve customer-centricity, adoption, commercial effectiveness, and sustainable growth.
