Supports accounting operations for Singapore and Malaysia, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit management, invoicing, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, month-end closing, cash flow reporting, audit and tax support. The role also manages vendor and customer payment issues, improves finance processes, documents procedures, and participates in systems testing and automation projects.

Coordinate B2B trade shows, conferences, customer events, and roadshows from planning through follow-up. Manage vendors, logistics, budgets, schedules, booth execution, lead handoff, and event reporting. Build Staubli Robotics’ North American LinkedIn presence by creating content, capturing event activity, coordinating approvals, engaging subject-matter experts, and analyzing performance. Support marketing materials, agencies, CRM records, budgets, and broader regional initiatives.

Design electrical systems for robotic tool changers, including schematics, wiring diagrams, architectures, safety compliance, and technical documentation. Develop test plans, automated test benches, data acquisition systems, and Python-based test automation. Integrate PLCs, robotics, and industrial communication protocols; analyze test data, troubleshoot electrical and mechatronic systems, and perform root cause analysis. The role is based in Duncan, South Carolina, with occasional international project travel.
