Provide day-to-day legal counsel and lead commercial contracting for enterprise SaaS and usage-based agreements. Draft, negotiate, and close MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, vendor and creator agreements; advise on privacy, IP, data rights, payments, and operational compliance; build contract playbooks, approval matrices, CLM processes, and manage outside counsel. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, Security, and Operations to operationalize contractual commitments and scale the in-house legal function.

Support creator acquisition and community engagement by ideating and producing social content (static and video), designing Instagram Stories, drafting SEO-driven captions, sourcing creators, saving UGC, and assisting with monthly social performance reports. Remote, part-time internship up to 20 hours/week.
