Statusphere Benefits Overview

Statusphere seeks its first in-house commercial counsel to own high-volume commercial contracting and day-to-day legal matters. Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and closing MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor agreements, website terms and privacy notices, advising on IP, data/privacy, payments and operational legal issues, building legal templates and workflows, and escalating complex matters to outside counsel. The role partners with Sales, Finance, Product, Security and executives to enable deals and mitigate risk.

Lead strategy and execution of enterprise micro-influencer campaigns using the Statusphere platform. Configure and optimize campaigns, analyze performance and creator/content trends, produce executive-ready reports, deliver strategic recommendations, and partner with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to improve ROI and client outcomes.
