Manage relationships with professional sports clients across Latin America, providing sports science consultancy, product training, ongoing support, and strategic account management. Maintain Salesforce records, coordinate hardware inventory, resolve client issues, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Sales. The role requires Spanish fluency, intermediate English, sports and exercise science knowledge, familiarity with athlete monitoring technology, and travel up to 50% of the time.

Perform manual and automated testing across mobile, web, and desktop applications. Create and maintain test cases and suites, execute functional and non-functional testing, identify and track defects, produce QA reports, contribute to test planning, and collaborate with product, development, and UX teams in Scrum activities.
