Lead sales strategy and execution across Western Pennsylvania’s on-premise and off-premise beverage alcohol channels. Manage, coach, and develop sales professionals; establish market objectives, distribution goals, KPIs, and business plans; monitor performance; build customer and distributor relationships; grow account penetration, distribution, and volume; execute pricing and promotional programs; and resolve customer issues. The role requires extensive field work, non-traditional hours, and travel throughout the territory.

Manage warehouse and distribution operations, including vehicle and driver compliance files, inventory organization, staff training, safety audits, regulatory compliance, and KPI reporting. Lead continuous improvement and ergonomic initiatives, maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and auditors, and train warehouse staff on compliance and safety procedures.

Administers employee benefits and leave programs, manages benefits vendors and enrollment, oversees ACA, EEOC, payroll tax, I-9/E-Verify, workers’ compensation, unemployment, and multi-state employment compliance. Provides employee guidance, maintains policies and regulatory filings, delivers handbook, ethics, benefits, and safety training, and updates HR processes based on employment law changes. The role is primarily on-site in Philadelphia four days per week.
