Partner with Product, Technology, and Global Delivery to design solutions, prioritize change, manage delivery (Agile/Waterfall), ensure regulatory compliance and governance, drive data integration, and engage clients and stakeholders to support the custody product roadmap.

Lead design, development, and productionization of ML, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions. Perform data exploration, feature engineering, model development, validation, and monitoring. Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs, ensure Responsible AI and governance, build reusable assets, and mentor teams to operationalize scalable enterprise AI.

Lead AI governance, risk assessment, and controls for emerging technologies across the software lifecycle. Develop technical standards, advise developers and stakeholders, monitor compliance with regulations and industry frameworks, support regulatory inquiries, and drive global adoption of Responsible AI practices and controls.
