Manage HR workforce reporting and analytics, including dashboards, metrics, data governance, statistical analysis, and insights for leadership. Partner with HR stakeholders, improve reporting processes and technology platforms, standardize delivery, maintain data dictionaries, and communicate findings to nontechnical audiences. Support HR analyst communities and evaluate scenarios using advanced analytical and statistical methods.

Lead global revenue strategy and execution for Wealth Custody & Clearing. Own US and global sales targets, manage full enterprise sales cycles, build strategic UHNW and institutional relationships, shape go-to-market and forecasting processes, partner with Product/Operations/Technology, and represent State Street at industry events. Drive new business, manage complex RFPs and platform integrations to deliver client onboarding and operational excellence.

Designs and develops employee learning solutions using instructional design and adult learning principles. Responsibilities include researching and organizing content, creating objectives and assessments, partnering with subject matter experts, developing eLearning and multimedia materials, managing multiple projects, testing content, and supporting continuous improvement. The role requires proficiency with authoring tools, visual design, LMS and SCORM standards, web technologies, accessibility, AI-enabled tools, and stakeholder collaboration in a global organization.
