Partners with technology, operations, product, scrum teams, and clients to drive decisions, manage expectations, and keep initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.

Leads State Street’s Ireland Transfer Agency function across Dublin and Kilkenny, owning strategy, operational service delivery, client experience, regulatory compliance, risk management, technology transformation, talent development, and succession planning. The role manages senior stakeholders, clients, regulators, service providers, and cross-functional teams while driving innovation, service quality, business growth, and operational excellence.

Leads product strategy, development, implementation, and refinement for State Street’s Private Markets and Real Assets offerings. Partners with clients, prospects, sales, technology, delivery, and product teams to expand capabilities, support RFPs and pricing, gather feedback, prioritize roadmaps, and drive market growth. Serves as a subject matter expert while overseeing multiple implementations, strategic initiatives, funding priorities, and client-focused solutions across front-, middle-, and back-office services.
