Lead Financial Reporting operations for Alternative Investment Services in India, overseeing fund accounting, custody, middle office, risk oversight, and complex client delivery. The Business Analyst will manage product development and support, translating business needs into application requirements, focusing on data management and governance, and working closely with technology teams.

Lead development support for the RKS application: reproduce, diagnose, and resolve production/BUAT/UAT issues in a large C++/Windows/Oracle codebase; perform root cause analysis, code reverse-engineering, and fixes; mentor onshore/offshore team members; coordinate with Client Support, architects, and stakeholders; participate in code reviews and deployments to ensure system stability.
