Manage administrative operations for the Office of Security & Safety including procurement, budgeting, records management (RMS), project coordination, vendor and Finance Division liaison, security record administration, background checks, and coordination of surveillance video requests across statewide judicial facilities.

Performs technical and analytical tasks for departmental planning, budgeting, capital development budgeting, and program evaluation. Assists in budget preparation and review, analyzes program inputs/outputs, develops monitoring and evaluation systems, and supports resource reallocation. Provides clerical support for birth, fetal death, and ITOP registrations, verifies documentation, enters records into the Vital Event Registration System, and communicates with hospitals, town clerks, and the public.
