Assist the Division of Taxation with collection of delinquent accounts and securing delinquent returns through field and office collection activities, taxpayer interviews, financial analysis, payment arrangements, liens, offers in compromise, and enforcement actions under state and federal laws.

Assist the Division of Taxation with delinquent account collection by conducting interviews, analyzing financial statements, arranging payment agreements, determining lien rights, recommending enforcement actions and offers in compromise, advising taxpayers on tax obligations, and collecting owed monies.

Conduct quality control audits of public assistance case records (SNAP), perform desk reviews and field visits to evaluate eligibility and payment correctness, participate in federal QC surveys, document findings and prepare written reports, report defects to supervisors, complete data entry, and meet strict timeliness and quality standards.
