Provide routine care and support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community-based homes. Implement and document treatment plans (therapies, self-help, hygiene), perform housekeeping and meal preparation, administer routine medications under licensed supervision, transport clients, facilitate community integration, and liaise with families and professionals.

Provides physician-supervised diagnostic, therapeutic, primary care, emergency intervention, counseling, referrals, and rehabilitation services for individuals with physical, mental, intellectual, or developmental disabilities. Conducts histories and examinations, orders diagnostic tests, monitors clinical conditions, coordinates consultations and community services, and supports patients, families, and clinical staff across hospital and campus-based settings.
