Lead the planning, administration, and maintenance of statewide IAM systems. Serve as technical SME for Active Directory, Azure Entra ID P2, and Workday integrations; manage SSO, MFA, PIM, identity lifecycle automation, governance, audits, and Zero Trust implementation while mentoring staff and coordinating with stakeholders.

Provide behavior modification services in a hospital setting by implementing and monitoring individualized behavior plans, collecting and charting clinical data, conducting observations, leading therapeutic activities and groups, attending treatment team meetings, and assisting with training on behavior techniques.

Support the department head by managing, reorganizing, and supervising a service program. Analyze procedures, prepare reports and recommendations, ensure legal compliance, coordinate resources, lead staff, perform public relations, and assist with budget preparation and administrative research.
