Conducts audits as part of an audit team, evaluating compliance with federal laws, oil and gas regulations, and natural resource revenue policies. The role requires accounting expertise, documentation review, communication, teamwork, Excel, Word, CAATS, a valid driver’s license, U.S. citizenship, background screening, and security clearance. Minimal travel is required.

Reviews medical license applications, verifies education, certifications, licenses, timelines, and disciplinary histories, and confirms eligibility under Oklahoma law and administrative code. Processes licensure documentation, generates reports, and provides customer service to applicants, licensees, and the public. Requires strong organization, communication, computer, prioritization, and multitasking skills, along with three years of clerical office experience or equivalent.

Provides case management and social casework for incarcerated individuals, including risk and needs assessments, classification recommendations, counseling, program assignments, transition planning, re-entry services, reports, and referrals. Builds partnerships with families, community resources, and social service agencies to support successful post-release outcomes. Responsibilities vary by level from routine entry-level case management to advanced classification, counseling, treatment programming, and coordinated re-entry planning.
