Maintains and reconciles insurance and benefits premium accounts, including posting payments, analyzing receivables, processing refunds and adjustments, resolving discrepancies, and preparing reports and correspondence. Provides billing and reconciliation guidance to internal and external stakeholders while protecting confidential information and complying with HIPAA, accounting standards, and applicable benefits regulations. Meets strict accuracy and processing deadlines and participates in required meetings and training.

Coordinates the Strengthen Oklahoma Homes grant program by supporting grant agreements, applications, financial reporting, compliance monitoring, recipient case reviews, field visits, and stakeholder communications. Provides technical assistance, develops reports and presentations, maintains program databases and spreadsheets, researches funding opportunities, writes grant proposals, and supports training and outreach. The role liaises with federal, state, and local agencies and assists with program administration and grant evaluation.

Analyzes and interprets statistical and database data, produces reports, coordinates compliance audits and surveys, resolves enrollment and workflow issues, and supports agency programs. The role maintains tracking systems, assists with CMS state plan submissions, provides software training, communicates findings to stakeholders, and ensures confidentiality and compliance with protected health information requirements.
