Teams at State of Oklahoma

Manage community health grants and grantee relationships, provide training and consultation, oversee reporting and budgets, collaborate with evaluators and partners, and support program implementation, evaluation, and strategic planning to advance tobacco prevention and public health outcomes.

Provide contracting and procurement support for the Oklahoma Military Department: review requisitions, advise on state and federal purchasing rules, prepare solicitations, evaluate bids, execute and administer contracts and purchase orders, process purchase card transactions, reconcile encumbrances, assist CFO with purchasing policy and reports, and maintain Certified Procurement Officer certification. Proficient use of Microsoft Office required.

Provide general administrative and clerical support including training staff, developing procedures, maintaining confidential files, preparing invoices and purchase orders, data entry, interpreting program rules, scheduling and coordinating activities, representing the agency at meetings, and possibly supervising subordinate staff.
