Conducts administrative hearings for Oklahoma Corporation Commission oil and natural gas cases, manages courtroom proceedings, evaluates evidence, applies laws and precedents, conducts legal research, and issues timely written findings and recommendations. Provides legal and procedural information, participates in training, maintains case records, and ensures due process. The role requires Oklahoma Bar licensure, at least 10 years of litigation or administrative law experience, and strong legal writing, courtroom technology, and case-management abilities.
