Coordinates engineering workforce planning, recruiting, technical candidate evaluation, cross-border assignments, TN Visa processes, onboarding, documentation, equipment, software access, and employee mobility. Acts as a liaison among Recruiting, Operations, IT, and field leadership while standardizing candidate profiles and supporting staffing priorities across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

Processes AIA and time-and-material invoices, monitors billing schedules and contract compliance, reconciles expenses and statements, resolves billing discrepancies, supports month-end close, tracks outstanding invoices and collections, maintains customer and project records, and assists project managers, operations, finance teams, and other staff. The role requires construction-industry accounting experience, strong Excel and math skills, and excellent organization and communication.

Supports HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, training, payroll, benefits, compensation, compliance, recordkeeping, reporting, and employee communications. Maintains accurate personnel and payroll data, audits records, prepares new-hire materials, supports managers and employees, uses HRIS and payroll systems, and assists with process improvements and special projects.
