Create multiple ad variations, simple motion graphics, and platform-native edits while partnering with cross-functional teams and applying AI tools thoughtfully to improve creative testing and performance.

Investigate card, ACH, and mobile deposit disputes per Reg E, Mastercard and NACHA rules; manage chargeback lifecycle; detect and mitigate fraud through transaction analysis; document audit-ready investigative summaries; and work with AI and other technologies to improve processes within a collaborative operations team.

Lead performance creative for paid acquisition across Meta and other channels. Generate concepts, manage external creators, run tests, analyze results, and iterate to improve CAC, ROAS, and new customer acquisition while partnering with cross-functional teams.
