Lead full-stack development for StashWorks, a B2B platform supporting partner onboarding, employee eligibility and enrollment, authentication, integrations, communications, and operational tools. Own software delivery from design through production, using AI coding assistants, testing, observability, continuous deployment, and scalable cloud infrastructure. Collaborate across product, operations, marketing, and partner-facing teams while building maintainable Go services and APIs.

Own the strategy and delivery of consumer engagement experiences across web and mobile, including investment guidance, activation, retention, and subscription value. Define product requirements, metrics, funnels, and experiments using Mixpanel, Looker, and cohort analysis. Partner with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Data, Compliance, and Legal to ship regulated fintech products. Coach other product managers and use AI tools in product workflows.

Lead the Engagement product function across web and mobile, setting multi-quarter strategy, owning the roadmap, and managing 2–3 product managers. Drive product usage, recurring contributions, engagement, monetization, and subscriber retention. Partner with engineering, design, marketing, data, and compliance while leading experimentation within regulatory guardrails. The role combines people leadership with hands-on product management, executive communication, analytics, and adoption of AI-enabled workflows.
