Leads Stash’s FP&A and strategic finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, reporting, financial modeling, KPI development, and resource allocation. Partners with the CFO and executives on strategy, investments, capital allocation, and performance improvement. Manages and develops the finance team, prepares board and investor materials, and supports corporate development, including partnerships, acquisitions, valuation, and due diligence. Modernizes finance processes using AI, planning systems, and data analytics.

Lead paid social and mobile ad network acquisition (Meta, TikTok, AppLovin). Own channel strategy, budgets, bidding, and testing roadmaps. Optimize conversion funnels and landing pages, partner with creative and data teams, implement AI-driven workflows, analyze performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, payback), and scale high-performing experiments to drive efficient new customer acquisition.

Own and scale affiliate and influencer partner-led acquisition to drive efficient new customer growth. Recruit, activate, and manage affiliates and creators; own offer economics, tracking, and partner performance; run tests and analyses to optimize partner mix, creative, and payouts; collaborate with paid social, creative, legal, compliance, and finance to amplify and operationalize winning partners.
