Design, build, and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant backend services for a core banking system using Go and asynchronous, event-driven architectures. Implement and optimize transaction workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, deploy and monitor cloud services (AWS), and leverage AI-assisted development while ensuring testing, profiling, and documentation.

Lead end-to-end project management for marketing growth initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Engineering, Creative) to define deliverables, timelines, and dependencies. Improve creative and intake processes, track throughput, introduce tooling and automation (including AI-assisted workflows), run effective meetings, surface and resolve risks, and create visibility across the marketing portfolio to drive timely launches and accountability.

Lead retention, churn prevention, and winback programs for subscribers. Partner with Data Science and Product to build churn signals, run experiments, design rescue flows, measure retention impact, and mentor the lifecycle team.
