Lead and execute end-to-end product design for a consumer fintech product. Manage two designers while staying hands-on on high-leverage work. Define UX vision, drive systems thinking, run research-to-launch design processes, partner with Product and Engineering, enforce design quality, and incorporate AI to improve efficiency and outcomes.
