The MRO Product Manager develops and manages STAS’s aftermarket product and service portfolio. Responsibilities include defining product strategy, managing P&L and profitability, analyzing market needs, structuring commercial offerings, supporting sales, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and improving aftermarket and upsell opportunities across the equipment lifecycle. The role also drives prioritization, competitiveness, execution, and international recurring-revenue growth.

Leads STAS’s product department and portfolio strategy, defining product vision, roadmaps, investment priorities, innovation processes, and new product launches. Identifies market and customer opportunities, drives product evolution, coordinates Sales, Engineering, and Operations, and evaluates portfolio performance. The role requires industrial B2B product leadership, strong business acumen, cross-functional influence, bilingual French and English communication, and presence in Saguenay.
