Leads engineering strategy and daily operations across managed services, federal consulting, and NG911 interoperability businesses. Oversees multidisciplinary engineering teams, develops technical roadmaps, manages resources and budgets, strengthens cybersecurity, and coaches technical talent. Requires hands-on expertise in telecommunications, IP networking, VoIP, secure voice systems, cybersecurity, and emergency communications, plus active Secret clearance and prior federal or DoD telecommunications experience.

Leads the RFID business unit with full P&L responsibility, defining strategy, budgets, product roadmaps, and investment priorities. Drives profitable growth, customer and partner relationships, market expansion, and ecosystem engagement. Oversees product management and RFID engineering teams, establishes KPIs, and fosters innovation and execution excellence. Requires deep RFID and semiconductor market expertise, strong financial and leadership skills, and at least 10 years of relevant experience. The role is fully onsite in Neuchatel, Switzerland.

Supports Army Voice Modernization through systems engineering and IP network support for E-911 services. Responsibilities include emergency call routing, SIP/VoIP troubleshooting, PSAP interconnections, location and ALI record provisioning, architecture reviews, interface analysis, risk assessments, and coordination with government and prime contractor stakeholders. The role requires extensive DoD or federal telecommunications experience and an active Secret clearance.
