Manage arcade operations in a high-volume entertainment center, including sales goals, guest experience, prize-store operations, inventory, game payout analysis, audits, reporting, reconciliation, and merchandise pricing. Hire, train, and lead hourly staff while maintaining organized storage and arcade functionality. The role requires management experience, report analysis, Excel proficiency, and strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.

Supervise arcade and attraction operations in a high-volume entertainment center. Drive arcade sales, manage prize-center inventory and displays, analyze game payouts and reports, schedule and assign team members, assist with hiring, and oversee training on POS systems, service protocols, and operational standards. Maintain an engaging guest experience while supporting the Arcade Manager and ensuring operational and sales goals are achieved.

Represents the company within the Columbus community by building relationships with schools, sports parks, churches, chambers, visitor bureaus, and other organizations. Attends community events, develops outreach initiatives, identifies marketing opportunities with the sales team, tracks program impact, and responds to donation inquiries. This part-time role requires 10–20 hours weekly, weekend availability, and strong community involvement, communication, initiative, and professionalism.
