Lead and grow the Inland Marine line by setting underwriting strategy, pricing, and portfolio standards. Oversee middle-market builders risk, contractors equipment, transportation, fine arts, and specialty property products. Collaborate with actuarial, claims, sales, and reinsurers, drive digital modernization, mentor underwriting teams, monitor market trends, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering profitable growth and stakeholder reporting.

Provide strategic tax counsel on federal, state and international matters, lead transfer pricing and tax due diligence on transactions, draft and review tax provisions in legal documents, support tax audits and litigation, and partner with business leaders to implement compliant tax strategies and respond to legislative changes (e.g., Pillar Two).

The Operations Manager will oversee change management processes, ensure business systems meet needs, and manage two Business Analysts while improving underwriting strategies and systems.
