Supports the Marine Claims Team by training and assisting third-party administrator claim handlers, managing claims systems and inboxes, resolving errors, processing international bordereau files, leading user acceptance testing for system updates, generating reports, and overseeing offsite storage protocols.

Conduct property loss control surveys and risk evaluations for high-hazard industries, including oil, petrochemical, chemical, power generation, and process facilities. Review fire protection systems, construction, process safety, and engineering controls; prepare reports; advise underwriters; and participate in client meetings and presentations. The role is primarily remote with approximately 25% regional overnight travel and requires independent work with clients, brokers, and underwriting teams.

The Accountant manages general accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, ledger maintenance, month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. The role ensures accurate records, compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, resolves discrepancies, processes invoices and payments, and supports process improvements.
