Starr Insurance Benefits Overview

Develops Starr’s commercial insurance business across Florida by building relationships with brokers and producers, generating new opportunities, expanding the broker base, and driving profitable premium growth. Serves as the primary marketing representative, coordinates meetings and product sessions with internal experts, monitors market and competitor activity, facilitates growth plans with key brokers, and reports weekly pipeline and activity updates to regional leadership.

Manages primary construction casualty claims from investigation through resolution. Evaluates coverage, liability, and damages; gathers evidence; negotiates settlements; communicates with insureds, claimants, brokers, attorneys, and vendors; maintains claim documentation; identifies fraud indicators; and participates in mediations, settlement conferences, and trials. The role also supports claims process improvement, compliance monitoring, reporting, and oversight of third-party administrators.

Provides frontline application support for Aviation end users, manages RemedyForce tickets, troubleshoots incidents, and coordinates escalations. Uses SQL to investigate issues and validate data, maintains support documentation, communicates status updates, reports service metrics, and supports release communications and monitoring. The role is onsite in Buckhead, Atlanta and requires strong customer service, organization, and multitasking skills.
