Starr Insurance Benefits Overview

Analyzes middle-market operations data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Develops and automates Power BI and Salesforce dashboards, ensures data quality, performs root-cause analysis, and supports cross-functional process and system enhancements. Collaborates with Underwriting, IT, Compliance, Claims, and Finance teams to define data requirements, optimize workflows, and deliver actionable insights throughout project lifecycles.

Supports business partners by documenting processes, gathering requirements, evaluating data quality, analyzing integrations and data mappings, executing test scripts, resolving issues, tracking vendor deliverables, and providing progress updates. The role also prepares meeting minutes and maintains issue logs while contributing to insurance and data-reporting initiatives.

Serves as a strategic finance advisor to Casualty business units by delivering financial analysis, forecasting, planning, KPI scorecards, performance reviews, reserve analyses, budgeting, and actionable insights. Ensures accounting and reporting integrity, manages internal control activities, identifies performance gaps, and supports business improvement and strategic decision-making while partnering closely with executives and management.
