Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, candidate communication, interviews, offers, and onboarding handoffs. Partner with leadership and hiring managers on hiring plans, role scoping, compensation benchmarking, and pipeline efficiency. Improve recruiting systems and processes, manage agency relationships and recruiting spend, operate the employee referral program, and report on recruiting metrics. The role focuses on technical hiring across engineering and deep-tech teams.

Own the structural architecture, design, analysis, qualification, and production of lightweight space solar array hardware. Lead structural trades, hand calculations, FEA, material and joint selection, test planning, model correlation, design reviews, failure investigations, and risk reduction. Partner with multidisciplinary engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to resolve integration challenges, improve production processes, reduce mass, and ensure flight readiness. Mentor engineers and establish robust structural design and verification practices.

Own the architecture, design, analysis, testing, qualification, and production transition of spacecraft rotary actuators and deployment mechanisms for solar arrays. Responsibilities include drivetrain sizing, structural and thermal analysis, tribology and lubrication strategy, qualification testing, design reviews, failure investigations, supplier and manufacturing collaboration, and mentoring engineers. The role requires integrating motors, gearheads, bearings, sensors, and control systems for reliable operation in vacuum, thermal-cycling, launch, and mission environments.
