Manages millwork projects from estimating and preconstruction through construction, closeout, and post-construction. Responsibilities include reviewing plans and specifications, preparing budgets, coordinating schedules and site logistics, managing project finances and change orders, ensuring quality and profitability, and maintaining client, subcontractor, and internal relationships. The role also supervises carpentry and labor staff, mentors team members, and supports project execution and talent development.

Leads financial oversight for complex construction projects, including project setup, AIA billing, subcontractor compliance, invoice review, cost forecasting, revenue recognition, WIP entries, CTC analysis, audits, and collections support. Partners with project managers, operational leaders, vendors, accounts payable, clients, and subcontractors. Provides financial projections, identifies project risks and opportunities, attends project meetings, and mentors junior accounting staff.

Manages construction projects from preconstruction through completion, including purchasing strategy, project setup, scheduling, financial oversight, profitability, client satisfaction, subcontractor coordination, and vendor relationships. Partners with estimating, purchasing, and project superintendents to resolve challenges and maintain accurate schedules. The role requires construction management experience and preferably knowledge of millwork, carpentry, framing, drywall systems, trade coordination, and field execution.
