Manages millwork projects from estimating and preconstruction through construction, closeout, and post-construction services. Responsibilities include project setup, scheduling, site logistics, budgeting, financial controls, change orders, risk management, quality, profitability, subcontractor relationships, and staff leadership. The role prepares estimates and budgets, coordinates with project teams and site foremen, maintains project controls, and coaches carpentry and labor staff.

Supports Project Managers in delivering millwork construction projects through setup, execution, document control, financial management, closeout, and relationship management. The role coordinates project tools and processes, maintains accurate project documentation and financial reports, supports compliance with company best practices, and develops relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, and internal staff.
