Perform scheduled aircraft maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, repairs, overhauls, and modifications on aircraft, components, and equipment. Follow maintenance policies, aircraft specifications, technical manuals, and safety standards. Identify and report discrepancies and incomplete work, assist with correcting deficiencies, and complete tasks accurately under time constraints. The role requires bilingual French and English communication, computer and diagnostic-tool proficiency, flexibility, Canadian citizenship or permanent residency, eligibility for a restricted-zone identity card, and a Class 5 driver’s licence.

Manage charter flight sales and provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective clients. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, coordinating flight schedules, aircraft selection, ground support and catering, maintaining required documentation, managing client and broker relationships, resolving issues, and preparing records, reports and invoices. The role requires aviation, travel or customer service experience, bilingual French and English communication, knowledge of charter operations and regulations, strong organization, and flexibility for irregular hours and last-minute changes.

Arrange charter flights for new and established clients by responding to inquiries, recommending flight options, coordinating aircraft, scheduling, ground handling, catering, permits, and documentation. Build relationships with clients, brokers, and operators while resolving issues and maintaining accurate booking, invoicing, and interaction records.
