Greet and assist airline passengers at the airport, manage check-in, reservations, and baggage issues, answer inquiries, coordinate with ground operations, perform post-flight follow-up, and ensure compliance with safety and customer service standards. May perform ramp duties as needed.

Provide high-quality customer service and coordinate aircraft arrivals/departures, liaise with line service agents, arrange fueling/catering/hangar/hotels/transportation, troubleshoot complex customer issues, and manage multiple tasks using strong communication and bilingual skills.

Captain on a Learjet 75 for private/nonscheduled international operations based in Dorval. Plan and safely conduct international flights, maintain manuals and checklists, liaise between owner-client and operator, ensure regulatory compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.
