Leads the Bank and Group Enterprise Risk Management Framework, risk taxonomy, risk appetite, emerging-risk processes, policy governance, risk culture, and board-level reporting. The role requires maintaining high service standards across a 24/7 banking operation with coverage from 7am to 10pm, Monday through Sunday.
