Design, build, and operate secure, reliable, scalable GCP infrastructure across regions and cloud providers. Lead automation, disaster recovery, observability, identity, key and secret management, hybrid connectivity, compliance, and CI/CD initiatives. Diagnose infrastructure issues, document architecture and operating practices, train colleagues, and lead complex projects from design through production. The role also shapes platform tooling, architecture, and engineering standards while contributing to a cloud-native banking platform.

Design, build, and operate secure, reliable, scalable GCP infrastructure across multiple regions and cloud providers. Responsibilities include cloud organization architecture, disaster recovery, automation with Terraform, Kubernetes platforms, networking, key and secret management, observability, CI/CD, compliance, and hybrid connectivity to payment HSMs. The role leads complex infrastructure projects, resolves client issues, documents architecture and operations, trains engineers, and establishes technical standards.

Manage financial services, corporate and commercial disputes, litigation, complex complaints, collections, and dispute-prevention initiatives. Advise on FOS, FCA complaint-handling rules, Consumer Duty, APP fraud reimbursement, civil procedure, settlement, ADR, mediation, privilege, and disclosure. Instruct external counsel, manage budgets and reporting, collaborate with Compliance, Financial Crime, Complaints, and Risk teams, and support other legal matters across the bank.
