The role involves managing a complex book of business in the Health & Human Services sector, providing risk management, client relationship management, and insurance expertise while mentoring team members.

Manage an assigned commercial lines book of business as primary client contact—handle transactions (quotes, renewals, endorsements, certificates), maintain files in ImageRight/Sagitta, coordinate with carriers, identify cross-sell opportunities, review audits, and support accounting and internal teams to ensure timely policy servicing.

Manage and consult on assigned Tier 1 client claims from first notice through resolution. Serve as primary client contact, perform coverage analysis, dispute denials, review loss runs, visit large loss sites, handle TPA adjustments, maintain ImageRight and claims management records, and support workers' compensation, subrogation, and captive work as needed.
