The candidate will handle purchase and sale transactions, advise on business structures, conduct due diligence, and prepare legal opinions. They will collaborate closely with clients and other professionals in various legal matters.

Provides legal support for workers’ compensation cases by managing client intake, organizing medical and employment records, drafting pleadings and case documents, coordinating discovery, tracking deadlines, preparing electronic filings, communicating with case stakeholders, and assisting with settlements, liens, disbursements, and expenses.
