Leads STARK Group’s international IT Operations and Infrastructure organization, overseeing infrastructure strategy, operational stability, security, service management, workplace services, vendor partnerships, budgets, and continuous improvement. Manages four senior managers and more than 35 employees, ensuring resilient 24/7 services and successful transition of transformation initiatives into stable operations.

Develop and execute communication and engagement strategies for Athene, STARK’s transformation programme. Create unified narratives, communication plans, leadership materials, campaigns, newsletters, intranet content, and Viva Engage communications. Measure understanding, engagement, readiness, and adoption through KPIs, using feedback to improve communications. The role requires strong storytelling, internal and change communication experience, visual content skills, and fluent Danish and English. Based in Aarhus, with approximately 10–15 travel days annually during Nordic implementation.

Lead the Athene Programme portfolio across Supply Chain Management and Data Platform initiatives. Manage experienced project managers, establish governance, clarify priorities, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure delivery of strategic transformation commitments. Build a high-performing project management team, strengthen collaboration across business and IT stakeholders, support programme implementations and business readiness, and develop long-term delivery capabilities across STARK Group. The role involves approximately 30–50 travel days annually across the Nordics.
