Provides general administrative and office support, manages documents and records, assists Finance with projects, supports strategy and compliance initiatives, coordinates meetings, prepares reports, and assists management. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term position with flexible hours at the Five Oaks branch.

Build and manage customer relationships, grow existing accounts, generate new business, conduct outbound sales, serve trade-counter customers, prepare quotes, follow up enquiries, upsell and cross-sell products, and support branch success. The role requires strong sales performance, customer service, organisation, commercial awareness, and preferably experience in building materials, merchanting, or DIY.

Serve new and existing branch customers by understanding their needs, recommending products and solutions, processing orders and payments, arranging deliveries, and maintaining account updates. The role also involves stock counting, maintaining a clean branch environment, supporting colleagues, and identifying process improvements. This is a full-time Monday-to-Friday position with alternate Saturday shifts and includes customer-facing and telephone interactions.
