Lead and strengthen Starface's accounting function: own month-end close, GL, reconciliations, financial reporting, consolidation, AP/AR, inventory and technical accounting. Bring audits, covenant reporting, and tax workstreams current; establish controlled close processes; own NetSuite and accounting systems; manage external auditors and advisors; build team structure, controls, and scalable processes to support financing, diligence, and growth.

Lead social-first creative strategy and execution across owned, paid, and retail channels. Manage and mentor one direct report, source and manage creators, translate briefs into platform-native content, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive growth, engagement, and brand consistency while increasing volume of high-quality social creative.
