The Director of Sales manages and develops a team of Account Executives, focusing on coaching, live deal support, and leveraging AI tools to enhance sales performance.

Own renewals, expansions, and upsells for enterprise B2B SaaS customers. Build executive relationships, run quarterly business reviews, partner with CSMs, and drive net revenue retention and strategic platform adoption.

Serve as a hands-on implementation and strategy lead for customers: scope engagements, design and build GTM systems in the platform, integrate with CRM and sales tools, run project plans and trainings, drive adoption and revenue expansion, and feed product insights back to the company.
