Serve as a hands-on implementation and strategy lead for customers: scope engagements, design and build GTM systems in the platform, integrate with CRM and sales tools, run project plans and trainings, drive adoption and revenue expansion, and feed product insights back to the company.

Own pre-sales technical execution: build and tune trial environments, lead technical demos, support AEs on integrations and APIs, collect customer feedback, enable AEs on new releases, and shape the Solutions Engineering function.

The AI Engineer will develop and scale AI-powered systems, evaluate model performance, and collaborate on productizing new AI capabilities, ensuring high-performing AI systems in production.
