Oversee the bank’s BSA, AML, and CTF program; monitor branch and departmental compliance; research regulatory changes; manage reporting, risk assessments, audits, examinations, and training; support compliant product launches, policies, and marketing materials; identify financial crime trends and address program weaknesses across the organization.

Leads the bank’s enterprise data and analytics strategy, governance framework, reporting standards, data quality program, and analytics prioritization. Establishes trusted metrics, dashboards, semantic models, controls, and examiner-ready documentation. Partners with executives, risk, compliance, audit, information security, and technology teams to support decision-making and regulatory requirements. Leads a team of data professionals and provides matrix leadership to business data owners and stewards.

Conduct research and analysis on securities and investment managers, maintain investment models and reports, assist Investment and Trust Officers with trading, proposals, client packets, performance reporting, due diligence, and relationship management with brokers and third-party managers.
