Designs, installs, configures, secures, monitors, and maintains enterprise LAN, WAN, datacenter, wireless, telecommunications, and network infrastructure. The role manages Cisco equipment, SD-WAN, firewalls, load balancers, proxies, Teams Phone, and WebEx; remediates vulnerabilities; oversees vendors; performs capacity planning; maintains inventories, policies, procedures, disaster recovery plans, and technical documentation; and provides engineering guidance and support.

Provides technical oversight and administration for IT systems, applications, servers, clients, databases, and network devices. Responds to major incidents, performs root cause analysis, manages patching, monitoring, data retention, redundancy, and disaster recovery activities. Leads IT projects, supports change and problem management processes, resolves escalated tickets, maintains technical documentation, and advises business stakeholders on application use.
