Responsibilities include sourcing active and passive candidates, partnering with hiring managers, maintaining candidate relationships, managing requisitions in iCIMS, drafting job postings, tracking recruiting metrics, and developing talent pipelines through dental programs and recruiting platforms.

Evaluates acquisition opportunities, prepares investment review and board materials, builds financial analyses, coordinates due diligence, analyzes lead-generation investment allocation, and develops post-close value creation plans. The role supports the full M&A lifecycle and requires collaboration with executives, private equity sponsors, directors, and small business owners.
