Teams at Star Concessions

Oversee daily operations for a high-volume QSR location, including food quality, sanitation, staffing, scheduling, employee development, cash handling, financial performance, inventory ordering, brand compliance, and customer service. The manager monitors sales and labor reports, completes required paperwork and audits, coaches team members, maintains franchisor and airport relationships, and implements corrective actions to improve store performance. The role requires extensive standing, lifting, attendance, and weekly work-hour commitments.

Greet and assist guests, operate the register, maintain clean and stocked store and exterior areas, follow cash and safety policies, perform inventory counts, check deliveries, and uphold professional appearance and sanitation standards. Must work on-site at DFW Airport and support loss-prevention and emergency procedures.
