Drive wireless product and service sales in-store by engaging customers, identifying needs, converting opportunities, and meeting personal sales goals. Maintain merchandising and asset-protection standards, follow up with customers, collaborate with the store team, stay current on products and communications, and escalate customer issues when appropriate.

Lead the wireless department’s sales and customer experience by coaching associates, driving sales targets, generating referrals, resolving escalations, and collaborating with store and market leadership. Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training, track sales information, and promote cross-department engagement to grow business opportunities and customer satisfaction.
