Supports product content and listings across third-party e-commerce marketplaces. Troubleshoots product and listing issues, manages marketplace quality scores, creates search-optimized content, validates e-content fields, interprets marketplace requirements, and escalates complex issues. Collaborates with internal teams, vendors, order processing, and customer support to improve product reliability, visibility, customer satisfaction, and service processes.

Provides customer service and drives sales across furniture, technology, and supplies departments. Handles POS transactions, shipping, and marketing tools; meets sales and margin goals; supports merchandising, planograms, stocking, signage, and store standards. Resolves customer concerns, maintains clean and safe displays, and protects company assets and privacy. Works collaboratively with store leaders and team members.
