Manage general, auto, premises, product, and casualty liability claims from investigation through resolution. Evaluate liability, damages, reserves, litigation, risk transfer, coverage, and subrogation opportunities. Coordinate with TPAs, insurers, defense counsel, brokers, and internal stakeholders; maintain claim records and reporting in the RMIS. Monitor claim trends, support actuarial reviews, improve claims processes, and provide technical guidance to Claims Associates.

Provides pricing and cost-to-serve analysis to support Sales, Pricing, Merchandising, and leadership decisions. Prepares customer-facing pricing materials, evaluates pricing opportunities, identifies risks, supports margin improvement and account reviews, develops reports from complex datasets, and ensures accuracy in bids, financial offers, and legal-agreement pricing responses. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

Support and maintain Staples Canada's IBM iSeries infrastructure, including upgrades, patching, backup and recovery, security, performance tuning, job scheduling, vendor software, and production promotion. The role coordinates with hosting partners and vendors, maintains system availability and compliance, troubleshoots critical issues, and provides after-hours support. This is a hybrid position requiring four days onsite in Richmond Hill.
