Lead onsite construction quality assurance for a multi-year mine reclamation project: manage safety and the Stantec onsite team, administer verification-based QMS on ArcGIS Online, coordinate with contractor, EOR, and Client, perform survey verification, material testing, data management, and drive closure of non-conformances and RFIs.

Lead electrical design projects for building and mission-critical facilities: create electrical plans, one-line and grounding diagrams, lighting and life-safety systems, perform modeling (SKM/ETAP/EZ-Power), coordinate disciplines, conduct site surveys, interact with AHJ, provide construction administration, and mentor junior staff.

Lead and grow the Mountain Region power environmental practice: business development, client relationship management, multidisciplinary team leadership, staffing and mentoring, and delivery of complex multi-jurisdictional permitting (renewable and transmission projects). Align regional efforts with national power sector leadership while promoting safety, quality, and inclusive team culture.
