Lead and manage multiple large design and construction projects ($25M–$300M+), directing project teams, budgets, schedules, client relationships, contract administration, profitability, and construction oversight from planning through occupancy.

Serve as Owner's Representative Project Manager for building design and construction projects ($5M–$200M+). Lead design and construction teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, contracts, invoices, reporting, inspections, move/occupancy coordination, and dispute resolution while maintaining client communication and project oversight through all phases.

Lead and manage multiple energy engineering projects from initiation through closeout. Oversee budgets, schedules, risks, quality, client communication, technical deliverables (P&IDs, isometrics), procurement reviews, construction support, and mentor junior staff. Act as technical lead ensuring compliance with codes, perform QA/QC, and support business development.
