Manages site security and safety services, including C-TPAT compliance, third-party security vendors, visitor access, CCTV and fire systems, patrols, incident documentation, crisis response, first aid, and physical security improvements. Partners with site leadership, law enforcement, consultants, and asset protection teams while maintaining security coverage and responding to emergencies.

Leads mechanical engineering projects for outdoor power equipment, managing product design, development, testing, manufacturing builds, quality, scheduling, cost, and cross-functional execution. Translates customer requirements into specifications, guides engineers and designers, performs root-cause analysis, applies statistical and Lean Six Sigma methods, manages risks and resources, and supports prototypes through initial production. The role requires hands-on leadership, complex problem-solving, and potential international travel.
