Support product development from concept to mass manufacture, create schematics and documentation, build and test prototypes, troubleshoot board-level issues, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and schedule risks.

Analyzes market and competitive trends, manages budgets and forecasts, supports salesforce education, and identifies opportunities to accelerate market penetration. Requires progressive sales, marketing, or business development experience, leadership capabilities, strong analytical and relationship-building skills, and willingness to travel extensively.

Manages sales growth, profitability, listings, and market share across a regional territory. Develops strategic plans, builds relationships with dealers and key accounts, drives sell-through across company brands, supports product training and merchandising, executes events and outside sales activities, and manages regional budgets. Uses Salesforce and Power BI to improve efficiency while regularly calling on dealers throughout Central Florida.
