Lead strategic design and delivery of technical learning programs for engineering domains. Manage a team and global partners, implement and optimize Docebo LMS, develop learning plans (electrical, embedded software, CAD/CAE, systems engineering, PM), track KPIs, and partner with stakeholders to close skill gaps and measure training impact.
