Manages seasonal product line execution, including product administration, system item creation, asset coordination, samples, product imagery, packaging, commercialization, go-to-market inputs, cross-functional communication, and market trend research. Supports Product Managers while tracking deliverables across product marketing, sales, design, and global business teams.

Manage tax accounting risk, compliance, filings, audits, notices, and multi-jurisdictional tax initiatives. Oversee tax configurations across Oracle ERP, ecommerce, payroll, and related systems; provide guidance on regulatory changes; maintain internal controls; support global tax declarations; and coordinate with external providers and cross-regional teams. The role requires CPA certification, 7+ years of tax accounting experience, strong US GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel and Word skills.

Leads Color, Material, and Finish development and Production Art execution across hardgoods and softgoods. Manages workflows, timelines, samples, PLM data, manufacturing alignment, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration with design, product management, supply chain, and innovation teams. Mentors CMF developers and production artists, improves digital color systems and processes, and travels to APAC twice yearly for on-site development activities.
