Coordinates the Community Partnerships portfolio, including grant administration, community partner engagement, events, meetings, reporting, communications, documentation, and workflow tracking. Supports Community Benefit reporting, Community Health Needs Assessment activities, implementation strategy reporting, stakeholder communications, and operational logistics. Maintains program records, deadlines, deliverables, and tracking systems while serving as a key point of contact for community organizations and internal teams.

Designs and deploys biomedical device interfaces to Epic and clinical technology infrastructure for hospital clinics. Supports clinical technology maintenance, repairs, equipment safety, regulatory compliance, user training, and Nuvolo documentation. Coordinates with clinicians, vendors, leadership, and enterprise project teams while planning technology deployments and resolving equipment issues.

Coordinates Spanish translation services for hospital patients, families, staff, and external clients. Assigns and edits translation work, ensures quality and guideline compliance, manages contractors and vendors, oversees billing and collections, and conducts medical translation and staff training. Requires strong English and Spanish communication, medical terminology knowledge, and confidentiality.
