Teams at Standex International

Leads Standex International’s corporate development and inorganic growth strategy by sourcing acquisition opportunities, managing M&A pipelines, executing transactions, conducting valuation and diligence, supporting divestitures, and presenting recommendations to executives and the board. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, develops financial models, improves deal processes, monitors markets, and supports post-close integration. Regular domestic travel and occasional international travel are expected.

Drives growth in the Test & Measurement segment by identifying customers, penetrating strategic accounts, developing qualified opportunities, and expanding relay and socket adoption. Engages engineering, procurement, and business stakeholders to translate test architecture requirements into solutions. Partners with sales, applications engineering, product management, engineering, and marketing teams on opportunity development, account strategies, forecasting, competitive analysis, and product direction.

Designs and develops electromechanical components, including coils, transformers, and inductors, from concept through production. Translates customer specifications into manufacturable designs, coordinates prototypes, establishes testing, prepares technical documentation, supports compliance and product launches, and provides post-launch engineering support. The role also performs costing, reverse engineering, risk assessment, customer technical communication, design changes, and continuous improvement activities.
