Plans, executes, and optimizes B2B demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, social, webinars, ABM, events, and digital channels. Manages lead routing, scoring, nurturing, qualification, and sales handoff using Salesforce and marketing automation platforms. Analyzes campaign, lead, and pipeline performance, maintains reporting, develops conversion-focused digital assets, and tests new channels to improve engagement, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.

Manages high-profile and general contractor projects from order entry through completion and invoicing. Coordinates customers, consultants, installers, and internal departments; tracks milestones, ship dates, backorders, field verification, installation requirements, order accuracy, and profitability. Leads project communications, meetings, and conference calls, maintains open-order reports, and visits job sites as needed. The role requires plan-reading, strong organization, and occasional availability outside normal business hours.

Packages and assembles retail product kits, ensuring accurate products, configurations, labels, marketing materials, and packaging. Completes packaging reports, palletizes finished goods, monitors supplies and marketing inventory, and follows safety and company procedures in a fast-paced distribution center.
